1. Who we are

Pvpenforced ("we", "us") operates an independent online game server at pvpenforced.com, based in Queensland, Australia. Contact: [email protected].

Pvpenforced is an independent, community-run server. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CipSoft GmbH. Tibia is a registered trademark of CipSoft GmbH. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to create an account or make a purchase.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.
You must follow the Server Rules. We may suspend or close accounts that break them.

3. Coins (virtual currency)

Coins are a virtual item used only inside the Pvpenforced game server to obtain cosmetic and convenience items from the in-game store.
Coins have no cash value. They cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or traded for real-world value.
Buying coins gives you a limited, personal, revocable licence to use them in the game. It does not give you ownership of any game content.
Coins are credited to the game account that made the purchase, normally within a few minutes of payment confirmation.
Coins are not used for gambling, and no in-game item or reward can be converted into money or prizes.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown and charged in Australian dollars (AUD). Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or international fees.
Payments are one-time purchases processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
The charge will appear on your statement as PVPENFORCED.COM.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first — opening a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of the game account while the dispute is open.

6. Availability of the service

The server is provided on an "as available" basis. We may change, reset, pause or discontinue the server, characters, items or store contents. If we permanently shut down the server, unspent coins purchased in the previous 30 days will be refunded on request.

7. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, or any other law that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to re-supplying the coins or refunding the amount you paid.
