Coins are a digital item delivered to your game account right after payment. This policy explains when we refund a purchase. Contact: [email protected] — we reply within 2 business days.
When we refund
- Coins not delivered. If you paid and the coins were not credited within 24 hours, we will credit them or refund you in full — your choice.
- Unspent coins, within 14 days. If you change your mind, we refund any purchase whose coins are still unspent, if you ask within 14 days of payment. The coins are removed from the account and the money goes back to the original payment method.
- Duplicate or unauthorised charge. Charged twice, or a charge you did not make? Contact us and we will refund it and remove the corresponding coins.
- Server shutdown. If the server closes permanently, unspent coins bought in the previous 30 days are refundable on request.
When we do not refund
- Coins that have already been spent in the in-game store, unless the law requires otherwise.
- Accounts banned for breaking the Server Rules.
- Loss of characters, items or progress through normal gameplay (deaths, PvP, trades with other players).
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the email on your game account with: your account name, the date and amount of the purchase, and the reason. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can usually fix it faster. While a dispute is open the game account may be suspended, and the disputed coins (or items bought with them) are removed.
Your consumer rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Nothing here excludes or limits guarantees that cannot be excluded by law. If a purchase has a major problem, you are entitled to a refund.
